![]() Based on true facts Let‘s get acquainted. My name is Fear. And I‘ve been Fear for 35 years already. All these years I’ve been afraid of:
![]() What is growth? Sometimes it seems that this should be something like climbing up. When you see, know, feel, and perceive more and more every day. As though you go from class to class and after turning back you see how much you have learnt. But when you look back, everything bursts as a soap bubble. So where did I climb to? I stamp somewhere, not knowing where, hammering the piles of achievements and failures and I call it growth. I stick my understanding of growth to my stereotype and wander around. It is not easy to comprehend and admit to myself that growth is just a simple self-knowledge for me at this moment. Returning back to myself, to that real me, not created by the mind and shown to the surrounding people. But where am I? The relationship between thoughts, affairs, life, and masks has been lost. I do not know where the start and the end of true me, or installed programmes, or learnt and felt things are. Where the mind lies and where the subconscious lives. Everything is tangled inside. Feeling lost I grab my fitness mat and a blindfold. Quietly grumbling, a little bit forcing myself and knowing that it will be better I move to the meditation marathon. ![]() “I'm tired, completely exhausted,“ I muttered while stretching out my hand to reach the train tickets. Finally, the school year was over and I was going to leave soon. I always felt content and elated when I had to change the environment, escape from routine and go somewhere I had never been before. In the summer of 2018 I was going to head towards North Karelia. A long tiring two-day journey by bus and train until I reached a small village having just several wooden houses surrounded by vast forests at the bay of the White Sea. At that time I didn't realize that it was just the beginning of a real journey. The final true destination which everyone should reach. ![]() Karelia is an amazing place with a unique nature. It is full of charm and fascination and attracts those who appreciate active leisure all year round. The Arctic Circle Tourist Center provides accommodation in Russian-style wooden cottages and lodges, which are comfortable for living in summer as well as in winter. The cottages are situated on a picturesque seashore of the White Sea. The price of each tour includes: program, living in comfortable accommodations, daily Russian sauna and full board (Russian and international cuisine): buffet breakfast, three-course lunch and dinner (set menu). Snacks, tea, coffee and soft drinks are available 24 hours. During the practical tours and seminars in North Karelia the programs and trainings for your children are organized as well. Thus, there is a good possibility for families to spend holidays together and live in separate cottages. Each member of the family can spend time on his own way but live together or close to each other. Under the agreement signed with The Arctic Circle Tourist Center, your staying there as well as practice tours are reliably saved. All the documents required for international citizens are to be properly fulfilled under the Law of the Russian Federation (The Invitation to get Visa as well as the registration in the Russian Federation during your stay and participation in the program). |
